Terms and Conditions of Registration
- If you wish to transfer your delegate slot, kindly email to the conference secretariat (email@example.com) the name and email address of the person that you would like to transfer your delegate slot to.
- Any data collected from the delegates of AfA Sarawak Conference 2023 will be used by the organizers only during the period of this event, unless prior consent has been given by the participant.
- The organizers of AfA Sarawak Conference 2023 reserves the right to make alterations, changes, and postponements to the programme, venue and timings.
- The organizers shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
- The organizers will not be held liable for any loss during the conference.
Registration Refund & Return Policy
- In the event of cancellation by delegates six months prior/before, 10% of the administration fee is imposed for. It is 20% of the administration fee if it’s three months before and 50% administration fee for three months or less.
- Registration canceled after September 10, 2023 is not eligible for a refund.
- AfA Sarawak Conference 2023 reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule this event due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation of AfASarawak Conference 2023, refund(s) with 20% administration fee imposed will be made within 14 days via the same method payment was made unless requested otherwise.
